Q: How do I upload my images?
A:
Please follow the Image upload instructions: Try to save your image as a ".JPG" file, the resolution should be around "1600X1200" or 80-200 dots per inch (dpi), and the file size between 1-2 MB if possible, When ordering more then one crystal piece, please use separate forms, even if you will be using the same image, Also please note: Your picture may not fit perfectly on some crystal shapes, in that case, a solution might be possible, like adding text or resizing, you will be contacted by our "graphics team".

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: You can use your Visa, MasterCard, America Express or Discover card, through your PayPal or Google Checkout account, Once you choose an item and you check out from our Shopping Cart, you can pay by credit cart OR sign in to your PayPal account, but you do not have to sign in to your PayPal account if you so prefer, However we use paypal check out to ensure the most secured transaction.________________________________________
